OUR APPROACH & HOW WE WORK

LEADING EXPLORATION PROJECTS

Identifying the current framework’s limits:
  • Examining existing initiatives,
  • Clarifying who has done what,
  • Aligning fragmented efforts into a coherent framework.

→ To open new pathways for evolution.

Analyzing the kinds of structures needed for the sector:
  • Relevance of a sector-wide governing body,
  • Emergence of a systemic Specialty Cacao common language,
  • Importance of linking this coordinating role to a certifying and educating posture.

MANAGING PROJECTS & WORKING GROUPS

Implementing frameworks and structures toward greater convergence across the sector.
→ By establishing strong shared foundations, we foster a sense of community and collective responsibility while unlocking long-term growth potential.

SUPPORTING RESEARCH-LED INITIATIVES

Developing and spreading industry-level educational tools, facilitating knowledge accessibility, value creation and its just distribution:

  • Participation in foundational research initiatives that strengthen shared knowledge around cacao quality, diversity, and practices.
  • Development of educational frameworks, reference materials, or methodologies intended to be disseminated and reused across the sector.
  • Facilitation of dialogue between researchers, producers, craft makers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between theory and practice.
